Lined front, sandwich-constructed gusset, elastic waistband applied under tension, clean interior with no irritating seams: the pattern is accessible but requires precision. Follow the markings, respect the layer order, and let the machine do the work.

Recommended fabrics
– Cotton jersey
– Cotton–elastane jersey
– Modal jersey
– Bamboo jersey

This pattern is designed exclusively for stretch fabrics.
Avoid non-stretch or overly stiff fabrics: they prevent correct assembly and compromise comfort.

Required elasticity
Approximately 15% stretch.
A stretch test is included in the booklet to check your fabric’s compatibility.

🔧 REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

Standard sewing machine: sufficient
– zigzag stitch for assembly
– elastic stitch for waistband and hems

EQUAL can be sewn entirely with a standard sewing machine.

Serger: recommended (optional)
It allows for faster assembly and clean finishes,
but it is not essential to succeed with this pattern.
Especially since the seams are hidden in the lining.
