S1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)
Studio Paule – PDF Patterns & digital content
(full version, compliant for WooCommerce and file sales)
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of sewing patterns in PDF format and digital content offered on the Studio-Paule.com website (hereinafter “the Site”).
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Products
The products sold are downloadable digital files (PDF patterns, booklets, guides, technical content).
They are not sent by post.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer receives immediate access to the download.
3. Price
Prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros and include all taxes.
Studio Paule reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in effect when the order is placed.
4. Ordering
Any order placed on the Site constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.
The customer receives a confirmation email containing:
the order summary,
the download links,
the invoice.
5. Downloading
Files are available immediately after purchase:
on the confirmation page,
in the order email,
in the “My Account” area if the customer has created one.
It is the customer’s responsibility to save their files. Studio Paule does not guarantee the permanence of the download link beyond reasonable access.
6. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase.
Therefore, no refund will be issued after downloading the file or accessing the link.
7. Delivery
As the products are digital, no physical delivery is made.
8. Use of files – Licenses
Patterns purchased from Studio Paule are intended for strictly personal use.
It is prohibited to:
share, transmit, or transfer the files,
distribute or sell all or part of the PDF,
use the patterns for commercial purposes,
sell clothing made from the pattern, unless prior written agreement is obtained.
Any violation of these rules constitutes an infringement.
9. Payment methods
Payments are made via secure services (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
No payment information passes through the Site.
10. Support & assistance
For any technical questions related to downloading or the file:

Studio Paule undertakes to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Liability
Studio Paule cannot be held responsible for:
software incompatibility,
a problem related to a customer’s device,
an error in printing or assembly.
The customer must check that they have the appropriate equipment (PDF software, printer, etc.).
12. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
13. Applicable law
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
