One front, one back, a clean neckline, lace applied by the yard: nothing complicated, just a crisp, feminine, polished result.
A comfortable, versatile pattern—perfect for the beach, nightwear, or lounging, depending on the fabric you choose.

Avoid thick fabrics, unstable knits like slinky, and non-stretch fabrics.

Between 10 and 20% stretch—enough for a neckline that sits well (stretch test included in the booklet).

Non-elastic ribbon (no stress areas).

VEGA can be sewn entirely on a sewing machine, with no compromises. -
Serger: optional
Useful for the sides, shoulders, and neckline if you want to save time and get cleaner seam allowances, but not required to succeed with the pattern. -
Edge-stitch foot: optional
For very even neckline topstitching (optional, but handy).
